桃園縣鄉道橋梁檢測成效及劣化評估

摘要


桃園縣政府為顧及民眾行的安全,針對縣轄內鄉道橋梁定期執行基本資料普查及目視安全檢測作業,用以瞭解橋梁劣化情形,然某些橋梁或項目有可能無法完全以目視檢測方式判斷橋梁損壞程度及損傷範圍,此情況下就必需辦理高級檢測作業,使能適度提供更瞭解橋梁之劣化現況有否危及公共安全,因而規劃本案在目視檢測之後,依排序狀況辦理橋梁高級檢測作業,用以判斷橋梁損壞原因、損壞程度及範圍,以及其後續橋梁之維護補強方法之擬定,期使有限的維修、補強(或改建)經費,在使用上更具效率、彈性,並提高公共安全的保障。 本研究針對『100年度桃園縣鄉道橋梁檢測』,以桃園縣所轄之編號道路(鄉道)橋梁為主要研究範圍,橋梁數量合計309座。 成果內容為: 1.309座橋梁基本資料調查及目視檢測(含構件損壞成因探討及相關建議) 2.8座橋梁執行儀器檢測(預力鋼腱腐蝕潛勢及混凝土裂縫深度檢測) 3.15座橋梁執行基礎深度檢測 4.橋梁安全初步評估 5.優先維修選橋梁排序名單 6.討論構件劣化速率,探討維修經費是否編列合理,並提供後續處理相關建議。

In the interest of public safety, the Taoyuan County Government preforms regular basic safety audits, data collection and visual safety operations of bridges within the county jurisdiction. In terms of understanding state of deterioration of bridge, the extent, degree and range of damage sustained by bridges may not be entirely apparent through visual inspections. It is therefore necessary to undertake high-level detection operations. This allows for a better understanding of the deterioration state of the bridges preventing the endangerment of public safety. Upon visual inspection, the planning of this proposal should include a priority sorting of bridges requiring high-level detection operations in accordance to its deterioration state. By using the information collected regarding the deterioration cause, state and range of damage a method in reinforcing the bridge maintenance can be proposed. Limited repairs and reinforcements (or reconstructions) are therefore more effective, flexible and safeguards public safety. The proposal is entitled ‘100th year of the republic (Míngúo)/2011 investigation of bridges and roads within the Taoyuan County juristiction’. The total number road bridge within the Taoyuan County totals 309 bridges. These road bridges are the main scope of this research. The results consist of: 1.Basic survey and visual information of 309 bridges. (include the Causes of components damage and Related recommendations) 2. Testing using instrument on 8 bridges (detection of potential steel and concrete crack depth on pre-stressed tendon corrosions). 3. Depth detection of bridge foundations on 15 bridges. 4. Initial safety assessment of bridges. 5. Repair priority listing of selected bridges. 6. The maintenance funding can therefore be discussed on whether it is reasonable or not..
