企業如何運用本身的資源及能力創造更大的競爭優勢,是管理者所需探討的問題,企業如何持續成長並保持競爭力,長久以來一直是各界所關注的議題,過去的研究主要以廠商內部或廠商競爭優勢的研究,但是這類的研究以靜態層面為主,面對外在環境快速變動條件下,單一靜態層面的研究無法完整顯現出廠商對於外在環境改變的因應之道。本研究透過個案研究法,深入探討聯強企業成長之策略,其對企業經營策略上提出探索性觀點。本研究以個案研究的方式探討聯強國際集團經營策略方式,並以動態能力的觀點加以探究。觀察聯強國際集團在各個階段的資源佈局與能耐結構,結合外部環境變化,探究其集團動態能力演進過程,為企業演化過程中所需的動態能力提出預測與建議。
How does the enterprise utilize itself resources and ability creates the bigger competitive advantage, is the question which the superintendent must discuss, the enterprise how grows continually and maintains the competitive power, since long-time has always been the subject which from all walks of life pays attention, the past research mainly by the manufacturer interior or the manufacturer competitive advantage research, but this kind of research by the static stratification plane primarily, facing the external environment fast change condition under, the sole static stratification plane research is unable the integrity to appear the manufacturer regarding the external environment change in accordance to it road. In this study, through the case study method, depth growth strategy senny, exploratory view of their business strategy. Observed senny resources in various stages of the layout and the ability, combined with changes in the external environment, to explore its group dynamic capabilities evolution of forecast and recommendations, as required in the corporate evolution of dynamic capabilities.
