本研究之主要目的為探討企業主管之真誠領導與員工工作滿意度之關係,並以情緒勞務為中介變數。本研究以問卷調查法進行,研究對象為國內企業之員工,總計回收有效樣本650份。實證研究結果顯示:1. 企業主管真誠領導對員工之表層情緒勞務並無顯著影響。2. 員工之表層情緒勞務對於員工工作滿意度並無顯著影響。3. 企業主管之真誠領導對員工之深層情緒勞務有顯著的正向影響。4. 員工之深層情緒勞務對於工作滿意度有顯著的正向影響。5. 情緒勞務對企業真誠領導與員工工作滿意度間之關係並無中介效果存在。整體而言,本研究指出真誠領導能有效提升員工之工作滿意度。以及,藉由對於員工深層情緒勞務產生正向影響,進而間接提升員工之工作滿意度。 關鍵詞:主管真誠領導、情緒勞務、工作滿意度
The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between Authentic Leadership and Job Satisfaction , with the mediating variable of Emotional Labor. The research was conducted in the way of questionnaire survey. The sample of this study is employees in the domestic enterprises. 650 usable samples were collected. The empirical results of the study show: 1. Authentic Leadership doesn’t have a significant effect on Surface Emotional Labor . 2. Surface Emotional Labor doesn’t have an effect on Job Satisfaction . 3. Authentic Leadership has a significant positive effect on Deep Emotional Labor . 4. Deep Emotional Labor has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction . 5. The relationship between Authentic Leadership and Job Satisfaction isn’t mediated by Emotional Labor. In conclusion, the study indicates that Authentic Leadership can positively promote Deep Emotional Labor, and then further has an impact on Job Satisfaction.
