有機商店網站之內容分

A Content Analysis on Websites of Organic Products Shops

摘要


近年來食品安全問題層出不窮,食品安全性問題愈來愈引起消費者的普遍關注,有機產品隨著國人重視健康及環保,有機商店商機成為近十年相當炙手可熱的新興產業。有機產品的生產來源和有機產品的購買,也愈來愈受到許多人的關注。許多企業也紛紛投入有機商品產業和銷售行列。 本研究主要是以台灣有機商店電子商務網站的現況和營運模式內容分析為主題,歸納有機商店網站類型,並依ICDT模型模型分析網站內容構面。本研究資料來源為直接取自各有機商店網站內容。以虛擬訊息空間、虛擬溝通空間、虛擬配銷空間、虛擬交易空間,四個網站內容構面,與訊息展現方式構面中之設計變項為分類與分析單位,來分析比較樣本有機商店網站建置和不同有機商店網站類型間的差異。 歸納有機商店個案網站成功的關鍵因素分別為:安全付款機制、網路資源豐富性、網站內容完整性、資訊科技應用、有機商品檢驗認證專業性、實體有機商店、協力有機農場配合度、有機商品貨源穩定、有機商品促銷活動。本研究結果將有助於了解台灣地區有機商店網站建置的內容現況和以及不同有機商店網站類型的電子商務運作方式。

In recent years, food safety issues are emerging, growing food security problems caused widespread concern of consumers. Organic products as people pay attention to health and environmental protection, and organic shops for nearly a decade opportunity to become quite hot new industries. Sources of production of organic products and buying organic products, but also by many more people's attention. Many companies have also invested organic goods industry and sales ranks. This study is based on the current situation in Taiwan organic shop e-commerce website content analysis and operating mode theme, organic manufacturers electric induction type of site, and according to the analysis of site content ICDT Models facets. This study directly from various sources for organic store site content. Virtual information space, virtual communication space, virtual distribution space, virtual trading space, four facets site content, and message show the way in the design facet variables for classification and analysis unit to analyze the comparative sample organic store site construction differences between different organic suppliers and electric home site types. The key factor in the success of the site induction organic store cases are: secure payment mechanism, rich network resources, website content integrity, information technology, professional inspection and certification of organic goods, solid organic shops, work together with the degree of organic farms, organic goods stable supply, organic merchandising activities. The results of this study will help to understand Taiwan's organic store site build status and content as well as different types of e-commerce websites organic shops operate.
