The main purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between family econo-my, industrial structure, and labor disputes. The empirical study used the profile data of 204 counties and cities from 1998 to 2018 to construct a regression model. A total of 214 valid variables were obtained for analysis to test the relationship between household econo-my, industrial structure, and labor disputes in each county and city. The results of the study show that there is a significant relationship between the family economy and labor disputes, and that there is a significant relationship between the industrial structure and labor dis-putes.
