桃園縣國民小學兼任行政工作教師工作輪調、工作滿意度與組織承諾之相關研究

摘要


本論文研究目的在瞭解桃園縣國民小學兼任行政工作教師的學校工作輪調、工作滿意度與組織承諾相互關係,採用問卷調查法進行,研究對象以桃園縣各國民小學兼任行政工作之教師,共發出問卷800份,有效樣本為598份。研究結果顯示,國小兼任行政工作教師之工作輪調、工作滿意度以及組織承諾,皆有中等或中等以上程度之認知;而在國小兼任行政工作教師之部份人口背景變向上對其工作輪調、工作滿意度以及組織承諾有顯著的差異;而國小兼任行政工作教師之工作輪調、工作滿意度以及組織承諾間有顯著的正相關性;國小兼任行政工作教師之工作輪調與工作滿意度對其組織承諾有顯著的直接影響關係,但工作滿意度在兼任行政工作教師之工作輪調與組織承諾間並無中介效果存在。

The purpose of this study is to understand, Taoyuan County, the National Primary School part-time administrative work of teachers in the school, the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment and job rotation, using questionnaires into the behavior study, Taoyuan County, each national primary school part-time administrative work of the teachers, were issued 800 copies of questionnaires, an effective sample of 598. The results showed that the elementary part-time administrative teachers' job rotation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment had middle level and over middle level of percept; Part of demograchic of the elementary part-time administrative teachers had significant different among job rotation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment; Among the elementary part-time administrative teachers' job rotation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment had significant positive correlation; The elementary part-time administrative teachers' job rotation and job satisfaction influence organizational commitment significantly. However, job satisfaction had not mediate effect between job rotation and organizational commitment.
