隨著社會邁向高齡化,殯葬禮儀產業與相關議題逐漸受到重視,然而、探討負責整個喪葬禮儀的殯葬禮儀服務人員的研究卻相當缺乏。本研究旨在探討台灣殯葬人員的工作特性知覺、工作投入與情緒勞務負荷之間的關係,並以台北市殯葬禮儀師為研究對象。本研究以問卷發放的方式進行實證研究,共發放250份問卷,有效問卷為227份,資料統計分析包含敘述統計、T-test、One way ANOVA、皮爾森分析以及迴歸分析。 研究結果發現: 一、 部分不同屬性的殯葬禮儀服務人員在工作特性知覺、工作投入、與情緒勞務負荷方面有顯著差異。 二、 殯葬禮儀服務人員的工作特性知覺、工作投入、與情緒勞務負荷三者間具有相關性。 三、 殯葬禮儀服務人員的工作特性知覺對工作投入與情緒勞務負荷具顯著預測力;工作投入對情緒勞務負荷亦具顯著預測力。
Growth in the death care service industry is expected to increase due to the aging of the population. However, researches studying morticians, key persons in the industry, are relative rare. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among perception of job characteristics, job involvement, and emotional labor loading of morticians. A total amount of 250 questionnaires were distributed to morticians in the study. The data was analyzed by using the methodology of descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson analysis, and regression analysis. The results of this study indicated that morticians with different characters leaded to variance perception of job characteristics, job involvement, and emotional labor loading. There was a positive relationship among perception of job characteristics, job involvement, and emotional labor loading. Perception of job characteristics and job involvement had significant impacts on emotional labor loading, and perception of job characteristics had a strong impact on job involvement. Based on the analysis results, managerial and research implication are discussed
