閱讀是學習的基礎和媒介,學生閱讀理解能力將直接影響各學科的學習成效,因此,本研究想要透過問卷調查的方式,瞭解國小六年級學童的閱讀態度、閱讀環境以及閱讀理解能力之關聯性。本研究以桃園地區一所國小六年級的學童為研究對象,進行普查。共發出245份問卷,有效回收238份,有效回收率為97.14%。研究結果發現,1.性別在兒童的閱讀理解能力、閱讀態度以及閱讀環境上均都有顯著差異,而且均為女童優於男童。2.家庭狀況在學童閱讀理解能力以及閱讀環境上均有顯著差異,其中在閱讀理解能力方面,與父母同住的學童顯著優於只與母親同住的學童;在閱讀環境方面,提供閱讀環境優勢的家庭狀況,由高至低依序為與父母、祖父母同住者,與父母同住者,只與母親同住者,只與父親同住者。3.父母的教育程度在學童的閱讀理解能力、閱讀環境以及閱讀態度上均有顯著差異,其中無論是父親或母親的教育程度為研究所以上者,學童的閱讀理解能力、閱讀環境與閱讀態度均為最高。4.學童的閱讀環境對閱讀態度有顯著正向影響。5.學童的閱讀環境對閱讀理解能力有顯著正向影響。6.學童的閱讀態度對閱讀理解能力有顯著正向影響。7.閱讀態度對閱讀環境與閱讀理解能力之關聯性具有完全中介效果。並根據研究結果提出實務建議以及後續研究建議。 關鍵詞:閱讀理解能力、閱讀環境、閱讀態度
This study utilized the questionnaire survey method. Research participants were 245 sixth-graders of an elementary school in Taoyuan City, Taiwan, and a total of 238valid questionnaires were retrieved. The effective recovery rate is 97.14%. This study yielded the following major findings:1. Sixth-graders of different sexes whose parents had different education levels exhibited significantly different reading attitudes. Sixth-graders with different family statuses did not exhibit significant differences in their reading attitudes. 2. Sixth-graders having different sexes, different family statuses, and parents of different education levels exhibited significant differences in their reading environment. 3. Reading comprehension was higher in females than in males. Sixth-graders living with their parents exhibited reading comprehension superior to that of their counterparts. 4. Reading environment had a significant and positive impact on reading attitude in sixth-graders. 5. Reading environment had a partially significant and positive influence on reading comprehension in sixth-graders. 6. Reading attitude had a significant and positive impact on reading comprehension in sixth-graders. 7. Reading attitude exhibited a full mediating effect between reading environment and reading comprehension. Based on this study’s major findings and conclusions, suggestions for schools, teachers, parents, and future studies are proposed.
