無線射頻辨識系統RFID (Radio Frequency Identification System)是近年來新興技術,由於科技的發達傳統的條碼系統已不能滿足現今管理的需求,防火材料的管理除了身分辨識外,更重要是掌握其流向、狀態,RFID具有儲存資料、穿透性、傳輸距離長等特性,能在不同階段新增資料做為歷程追蹤工具,現今在航空業、物流業、醫院、電子錢包等等都投入使用RFID技術。本研究利用RFID技術建立防火建材資訊管理系統雛型,讓查驗人員可以透過平板電腦使用RFID Reader讀取RFID Tag快速獲取防火材料相關資訊,查驗防火材料是否為該廠牌規格型號與耐燃等級,促使各防火材料具備檢驗、履歷資料識別之功能,並使建築物防火材料達到日後追蹤管理之功用,將可有效管控防火材料之品質,達到安全管理之效益。使整個管理流程電子化、網路化,透過防火建材資訊管理系統讓檢驗人員可以快速的獲得防火材料相關資訊,管理單位可以有效管理與提升防火建材品質。
Today Radio Frequency Identification System is very popular. The traditions Bar-Code can’t appease management because the fire-safety materials management that important is control and know the status and where except identification. RFID technique has many characteristics, such as storing data in Tag, most reading at the same time, long distance to read the information in RFID Tag and counterfeit Tag is very difficult. This text studies using RFID technique to build the fire-safety materials management front-end system. Checker is only bring notebook and 3.5G internet network hardware and USB RFID Reader and use the system function to read fire-safety material RFID Tag then the system read the RFID Tag information. Then system will connect the database server and real time to get the fire-safety materials information. Then the system screen display the Fire-Door detail information. Promote fire-safety materials have the check and history data identification function. It is available control fire-safety materials quality and accomplishes safety benefits management. The management processes to computerize and electronic and administration can available control fire-safety materials in market conditions.
