台達DIAView應用於蘭花組織培養基自動充填設備之監控

摘要


蘭花為台灣重要的花卉產業,當一個勞力密集製造的產業,在面臨生產成本壓力或生產需求增加時,就應開始製程的簡化及自動化,簡化的重點在於生產環境及流程的順暢性,達到產程縮短;自動化的重點在於單位時間內增加產品製成率,在不影響或提高品質下,提高產能,如此可降低生產成本中的人力、物力及時間。因此蘭花產業開始研究開發組織培養苗大量生產的管理模式及自動化機械的開發,在自動化機械方面,已有多項應用於組織培養生產流程中的機械,實際線上應用,其中包括培養基自動配藥系統、培養基自動充填系統與培養瓶自動洗瓶機。本研究應用台達工業組態監控系統. (Delta Industrial Automation View),簡稱DIAView使用來進行培養基自動充填系統相關監控,使管理人員或維修人員於異地時能針對培養基自動充填系統進行實際之狀況初步判斷與監視控制,讓設備出現問題時,能盡早發現與解決。

Orchid is an important flower industry in Taiwan. When a labor-intensive manufacturing industry is faced with the pressure of production costs or the demand for production increases, the simplification and automation of the manufacturing process should begin. The emphasis of simplification is on the smooth production environment and process, Shorten the time of automation; the key point of automation is to increase the rate of product making per unit time, increase productivity without affecting or improving quality, thus reducing manpower, material and time in production costs. Therefore, the orchid industry has started to research and develop a management model for mass production of tissue culture seedlings and the development of automated machinery. In terms of automated machinery, there are many mechanical and practical online applications that are used in tissue culture production processes, including medium automatic dispensing system, medium Automatic filling system and bottle automatic bottle washing machine. In this study, Delta Industrial Automation View (Delta Industrial Automation View), referred to as DIAView, was used to monitor the automatic filling system of media, so as to enable managers or maintenance personnel to conduct automatic filling system for media at different locations for actual situation preliminary Judgment and monitoring control, so that equipment problems, early detection and resolution.
