基於TRIZ創新方法的行動輔具開發與設計

摘要


本研究結合TRIZ創新方法及專利分析技術,逐步建立一套對多功能床椅改善的創意發想流程,並應用此一概念及工程設計方法,逐步設計出可行的新型專利。 現今醫療技術的進步,加上科技發展一日千里,近幾年人口老化日漸加劇,高齡社會成趨勢,許多協助老人生活、行動、居住等的產品需求也大幅增加,故本研究首先以輔具之專利地圖分析,逐步推論,並建立技術功效矩陣表,以此技術功效矩陣對應的TRIZ發明原理來建立改善參數及不欲惡化參數。尋找在既有專利之外可行的改善方法,使其更能符合各式環境,讓生活不便的老人及身障者皆能有效利用此儀器。最後導入這些参數並結合工程設計方法來設計出省力移位病床之新型專利。 本研究應用現今資料分析工具,針對輔具分類分析最後選定行動輔具類做為改善標的,另外在行動輔具下選擇住家相關的專利進行技術功效矩陣分析,逐步推論,選擇以操作容易性來改善,最後以矛盾衝突矩陣之欲改善參數NO.33操作容易性,不欲惡化參數NO.23物質損失為操作法則,透過創新法則發想出病人一簡易位移機構,用以協助看護容易搬運病人。從而以此機構做為新型專利成果。

By combining TRIZ innovative method and patent analysis technology, this paper gradually established a set of creative processes for the improvement of multifunctional chairs, and applied this concept and engineering design method to design feasible new patents by successive step. Nowadays, the medical technology has made great progress, and the science and technology has been advanced at a high speed. In recent years, the aging population has become more and more serious, the aging society has become a trend, and the demands for many products to assist the elderly in their life, action and residence have also increased dramatically. Therefore, this paper firstly analyzed the patent map of devices and inferred step by step to develop the technical efficacy matrix table. Based on the TRIZ inventive principle corresponding to this technical efficiency matrix, it established improved parameters and unwilling to deteriorate parameters. It also sought practical improvement methods beyond the existing patents to make them more suitable for various environments, so that the elderly and the disabled people can effectively use these devices. Finally, these parameters were imported and combined with engineering methods to design a new type of patents for labor-saving shifting hospital beds. This paper applied the current data analysis tools, and finally selected the mobility devices as the improvement target through devices categories analysis. In addition, the patents related to home under the mobility devices were selected to analyze the technical efficiency matrix, make inferences step by step and then choose the operation ease to improve. Finally, a simple shifting mechanism for patients was developed through the innovative rules by using improved parameters NO.33 operational ease and unwilling to deteriorate parameters NO.23 material loss in the conflict matrix as inventive principles, which can help to care for and patients easy to be transported. Thus, the mechanism can be regarded as a new patent achievement.
