本研究旨在探討桃園市國小教師休閒運動參與動機與活動對工作績效之現況與關聯性,及比較不同人口背景變項之國小教師休閒運動參與現況、參與動機與工作績效之差異性。本研究以桃園市國小教師為研究對象,採用隨機取樣方式進行問卷調查,總計發送份共發放300份,回收275份,回收率達92%,其中有效問卷為266份,有效問卷率達88%。依據實際調查回收資料,進行獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析、迴歸分析、LSD事後比較等統計方法進行資料分析。研究結果發現:不同背景變項及參與休閒運動現況之桃園市國小教師在休閒運動參與動機上有顯著差異;不同背景變項及參與休閒運動現況之桃園市國小教師在工作績效上有顯著差異;不同休閒運動參與動機之桃園市國小教師在工作績效上有正向影響。本研究所得之結果希望可以作為政府在制定相關政策,學校在制定相關課程或者安排教師活動時、及教師個人在生活行為規劃上的參考,以達到教師運用休閒運動來提升工作績效之目的。
The purpose of this research aimed to investigate the current status and relationships between Participation motivation in Recreational Sports and Job Performance of Primary School Teachers in Taoyuan City, and analyzethe differences of demographic variablesuponParticipation motivation in Recreational Sportsand Job Performance.A survey applying with the convenience sampling was conducted to collectdata by sending questionnairesto 300 subjects teaching in the elementry school of Taoyuan City. Of the 300 questionnaires, 266 were valid responsded coresponding with88 %of return rate. To analyze the data, the descriptive statistics,t-test,one-way ANOVA, Pearson's Product-Moment Correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and LSD were utilized. After the analysis, the results of this study found that:Asignificant differences on different demographic variable among Participation motivation in Recreational Sports and Job Performancewere found. Participation motivation in Recreational Sports was positively corelated withJob Performance. Hopefully, the results of this study could be beneficial to government on the development of related policies, to school on the development of related curriculum and activities for teachers, and to teachers on ones’management of personal recreational behaviors.
