近年來西方領導研究從交易型領導逐漸轉向轉換型領導,而誠正領導即為典型的轉換型領導模式。然而,誠正領導原本就是東方儒家文化的重要思想,因此,本研究針對儒家文化思想的代表性經典著作,論語、孟子、大學、中庸的文本進行內容分析,探討儒家文化經典的誠正領導內涵。首先,選取四書文本中與領導有關的259個語幹,進行翻譯後抽離出核心概念,然後再歸納相似的核心概念成為類目。內容分析結果發現,儒家思想的誠正領導內涵包括:尊賢親仁(正)、德行公正(正)、誠意修身(誠)、仁慈寬惠(仁)、謙恭儒雅(禮)、推己及人(恕)、崇善尚義(義)、決策智慧(智)、篤實信任(信)、忠於職責(忠)。本文進一步討論東方儒家經典與西方實證文獻的誠正領導內涵之異同。
The western researches on leadership have gradually turned from transactional mode to transformational mode and the authentic leadership is the typical transformational one. However, intrinsically, authentic leadership is the core thought of Confucianism. Therefore, the research aims at working on the textual analysis of the four representative Confucianism books, Analects, Mencius, Great Learning, Doctrine of the Mean, for the exploration of the essence of authentic leadership in classics of Confucianism. First of all, the thesis chooses 259 lexicons concerned with the leadership from the texts of Four Books, interpreting them and extracting the core concepts and then induces the similar ones into the categories. The result of my analysis demonstrates that the essence of the authentic leadership includes respecting the virtuous and being close to the benevolent, just, honest, kind, humble and polite, forgiving, righteous, wise, trustworthy and loyal. Besides, the thesis further studies the differences and similarities between eastern Confucianism classics and western empirical literatures on authentic leadership.
