摘要

公司治理評鑑制度主旨在於協助健全公司發展和保障投資大眾的權益，同時能形塑企業主動落實公司治理的文化，近年來逐漸被重視的企業社會責任即是公司治理中的一環，唯有將公司治理做好，企業的根基才得以穩固。而員工是企業重要的資產，企業投入社會責任，員工認同企業並產生向心力，得使企業經營績效提高。本研究主要探討企業履行社會責任和人事穩定度之關聯性，採用第一屆公司治理評鑑結果之上市上櫃公司為樣本，其中編製CSR報告書的公司，是否因為企業尊重且友善對待利害關係人(員工)，使得人事穩定，本研究採用敘述性統計分析、Pearson相關係數分析及線性迴歸分析法，實證結果顯示企業社會責任為公司之長期政策，落實企業社會責任之公司其人事穩定度高。

The main purpose for evaluation system on corporate governance is to conduct corporate development, protect the rights and interests of investors, and shape a positive business culture on social responsibility. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a main factor to corporate governance and gradually being taken seriously in recent year. Well-executed corporate governance leads to corporate foundation consolidating. The employees are important assets, corporate investment in social responsibility, employee recognition companies and generate centripetal force, such that improve business performance. This study discusses the relationship between the implementation of CSR and employee turnover. The samples are chose from the listed over the counter companies with evaluation achievement of corporate governance. The companies with publishing CSR report reduce employee turnover whether because they are respectful and kind to employee. The analysis approaches include Descriptive Statistics, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Linear Regression. The result shows that long-term and high implementation of CSR is related to low employee turnover.
