僕人式領導對國中特教老師班級經營之啟示-以桃園市某國中為例

摘要 馬太福音二十章 26~28 節,耶穌對門徒說:「你們中間誰願為大,就必作你們的傭人;誰願為首,就必作你們的僕人。正如人子來,不是要受人的服事,乃是要服事人,並且要捨命,作多人的贖價。」很寶貝我有這樣一本書中之書-聖經,讓我總是能把經上的內容實際應用於生活中,也常常藉由聖經中的話語解答許多工作上的難處。因此,特別好奇在馬太福音這幾節中所提及的這個道理是否也可以應用到我的班級經營之中呢?故此開啟了我對僕人式領導(servant leadership)這議題的興趣。 領導意味領導者在一個組織中,利用各項策略以及發揮影響力,結合各方資源,激發成員團體精神、工作動機,從中滿足成員需求,並達成組織目標的行為。綜觀各相關文獻,發現僕人式領導的理念與特教教師以服務為目的的觀念相符,就特教教師領導的參考向度,僕人式領導(servant leadership)應有其合用之處。 本研究旨在探討僕人式領導是否可以運用於特教教師班級經營中,在這過程進一步讓特教教師獲得班級經營方面的啟示。本研究結果發現僕人式領導與特教老師班級經營的效能有十分正向的影響。僕人式領導的真義之一,就是領導者對於被領導者有犧牲奉獻的精神,願意對被領導者付出愛,對他們所做的行為也都是出於愛。僕人式領導者若想要讓得到有效的領導,唯一的途徑就是打破自我的慾望和需求,願意無私地對下屬付出,進入到被領導者的心裡。

Abstract This study was designed to investigate if servant leadership can be applied to special education teachers’ classroom management, and what enlightenment can be obtained. Jesus said in Matthew Chapter 20, verses 26 to 28: "Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant; whoever wants to be first must be your slave, just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” I have such a treasured book of books - the Bible, so I've always been able to apply it to life, and often use the words of Bible to answer many of the difficulties in the job. Thus, I am especially interested in finding out if the above mentioned words in Matthew can be applied to my classroom management. Leadership means that a leader in an organization, through the use of the strategy and to exert influence, combining all resources to stimulate members team spirit, motivation, and to meet their needs and achieve organizational goals. After reading the relevant literature and study, we found that the concept of servant leadership is corresponding to the ideas of those teachers in special education. The servant leadership is very useful for teachers’ reference. The results of this study show that the performance of the servant leadership and the teacher's class operation has a very positive effect. One of the true meanings of servant leadership is that the leaders are willing to sacrifice for the followers out of love. If the servant leader wants to get effective leadership, the only way is to break the desire and demand of the self, willing to selflessly pay for the subordinates.
