利用受挫式內部全反射法激發表面電漿波於血糖感測器之研究

摘要


本論文研究利用受挫式內部全反射(Frustrated Total Internal Reflection)法暨激發表面電漿波-Otto組態與KR組態為基本架構所製成的血糖感測器為基礎,進行葡萄糖(C6H12O6)濃度值的量測。在實驗光路圖中的設計,運用平行光束作為激發表面電漿波之入射光源,此入射光源經由極化分光鏡分成〝檢測光〞與〝參考光〞,其中參考光會透過旋轉平台轉動來改變入射光射入激發表面電漿波-Otto組態與KR組態之稜鏡角度,將反射光的強度用光強度偵測器量測後的數據用電腦儲存;另外參考光用光強度偵測器量測後的數據用電腦儲存後與電腦所存的檢測光進行比較分析研究。因為血糖濃度不同所對應之介電常數亦不會相同,透過表面電漿波血糖感測器量測葡萄糖的含量,其所對應之共振吸收深度及共振角度可清晰辨別。運用表面電漿波血糖感測器之高靈敏度、即時性以及可以探測微小變化的精密度等優點檢測血糖(Glucose)。

This thesis studied the feasibility of using frustrated total reflection interior method to stimulate the surface plasma wave-Otto configuration and glucose sensor which is formed with KR configuration as its basic structure as bases to perform glucose (C6H12O6) concentration value measurements. In the design of the experimental ray path chart, using parallel beam as the incident light source to stimulate the surface plasma wave, this incident light source is divided into "Detect-ray" and "Reference beam” by the polarization spectroscopy(PBS), the reference beam will change the prism angle of the surface plasma wave-Otto Configuration induced by incident light and KR Configuration through rotation stage, then save the data of the reflected light intensity obtained using light intensity detector into the computer; furthermore, after obtaining the reference beam data using light intensity detector, it is saved into the computer and compared with the detect-ray data for comparative analysis of optical detection research. Due to the difference of blood glucose concentration, the corresponding dielectric constant will also be different, through surface plasma wave sensor measuring glucose content of glucose, its corresponding depth of resonance absorption and resonance angle could be clearly identified. It is advantages in testing glucose to utilize surface wave plasma glucose sensor’s advantages in high sensitivity, instantaneous characteristic and precise detection of microscopic changes.
