市場需求改變難以預測型產業之供應商選擇研究:
以屏東地區檳榔產業為例

目前企業經營策略已由傳統單一公司對單一公司間的競爭形態，逐漸的走向供應鏈對供應鏈之間的競爭形態，掌握供應鏈的競爭優勢是經營策略最核心的一環，供應商評選屬於企業策略層次焦點問題，企業在選擇上游供應商時，若欠缺一個有效的評估評選模式，進行全面性的考量評估將對企業總體經營造成相當大的損害。如何針對供應鏈成員進行供應商評價(Supplier evaluation)作為合作夥伴的議題，已愈來愈受產學界的重視，服務性的產業也是如此。本研究標的檳榔產業即是服務業中流通服務業的一環，2005年起台灣檳榔年產值均超過3,000億台幣。台灣檳榔產業屬於非常動態性、持續的且無法預測性的市場需求改變型態，市場價格隨時在波動。本研究將藉由著個案研究法、參與觀察法、專家訪談法及深入訪談法，整合實務經營者構建出檳榔服務供應商評估評擇因子，並透過對檳榔企業的經銷(中盤)商做專家訪談法及深入訪談法、抽樣調查、問卷填寫，廣泛蒐集資料整理出適合檳榔服務供應商評選模式，以及評選準則，以及進行評估，以作為後續研究之基礎。
