以結構方程模型探討情緒智力與工作壓力對組織認同影響並以組織承諾為中介變項:新竹科技業輪班人員為例

摘要


本研究主旨探討以情緒智力對工作壓力與組織認同影響-組織承諾為中介,以新竹科技業輪班人員為例進行問卷調查量化研究分析。問卷發放共計250份,回收235份扣除15份無效問卷共計220份有效問卷,回收率為88.8%。並以結構方程模型(SEM)進行假說檢定分析及中介檢定分析。研究結果發現情緒智力對工作壓力無顯著影響,工作壓力對組織承諾有顯著影響,工作壓力對組織認同無顯著影響,組織承諾對組織認同無顯著影響。本研究顯示組織承諾對工作壓力與組織認同具有中介效果檢定並不成立。

Purpose of this study to investigate the impact on the recognition of emotional intelligence work stress and organizational commitment to the organization as an mediator. The questionnaires were issued for total of 250 and235 were returned, total of 220 valid questionnaires were useable and the returned rate was 88.8%. The emotional intelligence showing a negative effect on the o work stress but it is not significant. The organizational commitment showing a negative effect on the organizational identification but it is not significant. The work stress showing a positive effect on the organizational identification. The work stress showing a positive effect on the organizational commitment. The mediation test for organizational commitment under the work stress and organizational identification shows that it is not accepted
