Purpose of this study to investigate the impact on the recognition of emotional intelligence work stress and organizational commitment to the organization as an mediator. The questionnaires were issued for total of 250 and235 were returned, total of 220 valid questionnaires were useable and the returned rate was 88.8%. The emotional intelligence showing a negative effect on the o work stress but it is not significant. The organizational commitment showing a negative effect on the organizational identification but it is not significant. The work stress showing a positive effect on the organizational identification. The work stress showing a positive effect on the organizational commitment. The mediation test for organizational commitment under the work stress and organizational identification shows that it is not accepted
