摘要


本研究擬從供應鏈整合的觀點,探討具不完備生產與檢驗系統之退化性物品生產存貨問題,供應鏈系統中考慮單一製造商與兩個零售商。主要目的是共同決定單一製造商與兩個零售商的生產、運送與補貨策略,以使得供應鏈系統的單位時間總利潤為最大。首先我們分別建立製造商與零售商個別的總利潤函數,並進行整合以獲得供應鏈系統的單位時間總利潤函數,接著,利用數學分析方法進行求解。進一步,利用幾個較符合實際的數值範例來說明求解程序並對模式中的主要參數進行敏感性分析,以獲得一些管理上的涵意來提供決策者一個有用的參考依據。

This study discusses production-inventory models for deteriorating items with imperfect production and inspection systems from the perspective of integration. The major purpose is to determine the manufacturer’s production and shipping policies and the two retailers’ replenishment policy such that the total profit of the entire supply chain is maximum. First, we establish the manufacturer’s and retailers’ total profit functions and do proper integration to obtain total profit function per unit time of supply chain system. Then mathematical analysis method is used to solve. Due to the complexity of model, this study develops an algorithm to obtain the optimal solutions. Furthermore, several numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the solution procedures, and sensitivity analyses of the major parameters will be also carried. Finally, some management implications are found to provide a useful reference for decision-makers from the results of numerical analysis.
