台灣食品股具中國概念之績效分析

摘要


本研究應用二階段資料包絡分析法,探討2009年至2012台灣食品股具中國概念績效之績效分析。將台灣食品股具中國概念經營活動分為二階段,其第一階段為獲利效率,第二階段為市場效率,並比較不同分析方法效率之差異。另外,依各階段之效率值,並參考BCG矩陣將台灣食品股具中國概念分類定位。本研究之目的是衡量台灣食品股具中國概念在各階段之效率,其研究結果可提供國內主管機關與社會大眾清楚台灣食品股具中國概念經營概況,以作相關單位和投資者之參考,並提供給決策者作為管理上建議。 中國概念股食品廠商產業經營績效在DEA模式下一共11家廠商進行分析,該11家廠商之經營效率自2009-2012年,整理發現達整體效率者:連續4年度中以2011年廠商整體最好,而2012年整體廠商表現最差,因為當時中國經濟成長速度表現不佳所造成。

In this study, two-stage data envelopment analysis to explore the 2009-2012 food stocks with the performance of the Chinese concept of performance analysis. Taiwan food stocks with the Chinese concept of operating activities divided into two stages, the first stage for the profit efficiency, the second phase of market efficiency, and compare differences in the efficiency of analytical methods. In addition, according to the efficiency of the various stages of the value and the reference the BCG matrix Taiwan food stocks with the Chinese concept of classified positioning. The purpose of this study is to measure the food stocks in Taiwan with the Chinese concept of efficiency in the various stages of its findings may provide the competent national authorities and the general public aware of food stocks in Taiwan with the Chinese concept of business profiles, for the reference of the relevant units and investors, and as management recommendations to decision makers. China stocks of food manufacturers industry operating performance of 11 companies in the DEA mode next 11 vendors of operating efficiency since 2009-2012, finishing up the overall efficiency by: 4 years in a row overall the best manufacturers of 20112012 overall vendor performance the worst, because of the poor performance of China's economic growth rate was caused.
