摘要


隨著資訊與通訊科技的進步與發展,現今的智慧型手機已成為生活中不可或缺的要素,無論是在工作中或者是在休閒娛樂時,人們都可以藉由智慧型手機隨時隨地收發信件、觀看影片、交換資訊、分享知識...等等。然而這也衍生了資訊安全的議題,對於企業組織的商業機密資訊造成嚴重威脅。在企業的機敏區域範圍內使用智慧型手機,將會給企業帶來潛在風險,造成商業機密外洩。有鑑於此,本研究針對某機構的實際需求,應用衛星定位技術,規劃及設計一套智慧型手機管控系統。此管控系統是一套安裝在智慧型手機內部的 APP 軟體,當使用者每次要進入機構的機敏區域時,只要掃描指定的 QR Code就可自動下載該機敏區域的衛星定位資料。藉由手機的定位功能,當使用者進入機敏區域之後,手機內部的某些妨害資訊安全的功能即被鎖住不能使用。當使用者離開機敏區域之後,那些被鎖住的功能即可自動解鎖,又可恢復正常使用。藉由此一系統的使用,既可兼顧員工及外賓使用智慧型手機的需要,又可滿足企業機構的資訊安全政策需求,免除機密資訊外洩的風險。

With the progress of information and communication technology and development, today's smartphone has become an indispensable element in life. Whether you are at work or in recreation, people can send and receive letters, watch videos, exchange information, share knowledge, and so on with their smartphones anytime, anywhere. However, this also spawns information security issues that pose a serious threat to business confidential information. The use of smart phones within the security area of the enterprise will bring potential risks to the business, resulting in leakage of business secrets. In view of this, this study aims at the actual needs of an organization, using the satellite positioning technology, planning and design of a smart phone control system. This management system is an APP software that is installed inside the smartphone. Each time when the user enters the security area of the organization, as long as scanning the specified QR Code could automatically download the satellite positioning data of the security area. With the smartphone positioning function, when user enter into the security area, some of the risk features inside the phone will be locked and can not be used. When the user leaves the security area, those locked function will be automatically unlocked, and will resume to normal use. With this function of the smartphone management system, could meet the needs of employees and visitors using smartphones, but also to meet the needs of enterprise information security policy, to exempt from the risk of confidential information leakage.
