垂直軸式風力機葉片的設計與流場分析

摘要


風力是人類最早使用的能源之ㄧ,早期風能常被轉換成機械能,應用於取代人為的費力工作,例如帆船航行、汲水灌溉及穀粒磨碎等等。現代科技可以進一步將風力轉換成電力,大幅改善了風能的儲存方式並提升其應用價值。本文以垂直軸式風力發電機的葉片設計為主題,期望找出設計葉片的最佳化參數,可充分利用風能以提升風力發電機的性能。 為了解轉子葉片的各種設計參數對風能擷取效率的影響,本文將利用計算流體力學軟體CFdesign來進行流場的數值模擬和計算,並採用田口實驗法(Taguchi Method),經由實驗設計與直交表分析找出阻力式葉片的最佳設計參數。其次探討改變葉片數目、間距、幾何外型和傾斜角度對升力型轉子葉片的扭力輸出特性的影響,藉以提供設計高效能垂直軸式風力發電機之參考。

The wind power is one kind of energy which the humanity uses most early. Earlier, wind energy is often converted into mechanical energy, used to finish human laborious work, such as sailing ship navigation, drawing water, grinding grain and so on. The modern science and technology may further transform the wind energy into the electrical energy, and improve the performance of wind energy storage and increase its application. This article take the vertical axis wind turbine blade design as a subject, and hoping to find optimal design parameters of the blades can make full use of wind power so as to enhance the performance of wind power generators. In order to understand that the various design parameters of the rotor blades to the flow field and wind energy capture efficiency, the fluid dynamics software CFdesign is utilized in this work to simulate and analyze the flow field. To find the best design parameters of the resistance-type blades, the Taguchi Method is utilized with the experiments of orthogonal arrays. Finally, the torque output characteristics of the lift- type blades is discussed with the different parameters of blade number, spacing and geometric shape. This article hoped that by way of blade design, and then provides high-performance vertical axis wind Turbine (VAWT) reference.
