應用限制理論提昇企業營運效益的分析

本論文是將限制理論應用到工廠實務改善的經驗報告，報告中並以尋標器模式結合限制理論為分析方法，尋標器模式可對應目標管理。尋標器是飛彈的眼睛，尋標方式用科學的方法搜索偵測出敵機目標飛行速度，飛行角度，飛行距離進入追蹤目標模式，並隨時依誤差訊號回授修正彈體飛行軌跡，找到目標後攻克目標完成任務。論文中將尋標器模式:搜索目標，確定目標，追蹤目標，排除電子戰干擾等模式應用到工廠的流程改善，目標是「財務」的成功，讓公司度過 2008 年的全球金融海嘯，限制理論是能幫助主管們解決問題所強調的是一個邏輯概念的思考模式，配合限制理論本身的因果樹圖架構，組織出一個非常符合現代企業或組織運用的理論，不論問題大至企業改造，小至生活小事，皆可運用限制理論之概念來解決。另外本論文想借可靠度浴盆曲線說明工廠經營也有生命週期。並應用成功導入工業 4.0 企業界成功的案例公司模式做為傳統產業轉型的參考。希望把最新的工業 4.0 發展觀念重新再帶回學生曾經服務過的模具加工公司，加工產業需有自己的品牌產品才能讓公司未來持續發展。

This paper is an experience report of the application of the seeker mode combination theory of constrain (TOC), to the improvement of the practice of the factory in 2008. The seeker is the eye of the missile. The research uses scientific methods to search for the enemy’s target flight speed, flight angle, flight distance into the tracking target mode and at any time according to the error signal feedback correction body flight trajectory to find the target after the destruction goal to complete the task. In the paper, the seeker model: Search targets, identify goals, track goals, eliminate EMI interference, are applied to improve the process of the factory. The goal is to “make money” and it is successful for the company to survive the 2008 global financial tsunami. and applied successfully into the Industry 4.0 business success Case company model as a reference for the transformation of traditional industries. Hope to bring the latest industry 4.0 development concept back to the students have served the mold processing company, processing industry must have their own brand products in order to allow the company's future sustainable development.
