以刨齒刀創成之小軸交角錐形齒輪對之齒印模擬與接觸應力分析

摘要


本研究探討之漸開線錐形齒輪對是由刨齒創成之錐形齒輪所組成。首先藉由Visual Basic程式語言搭配SolidWorks API函式庫於CAD環境中建立齒輪刨齒加工模擬系統,以刨齒刀創成錐形齒輪對之三維模型。其次針對錐形齒輪對進行接觸齒印模擬,並探討不同之齒輪設計參數對於錐形齒輪對接觸齒印大小之影響。此外,並利用有限元素分析軟體ABAQUS進行錐形齒輪對之有限元素應力分析。刨齒創成之錐形齒輪接觸齒印模擬以及有限元素應力分析之結果可相互印證。研究結果顯示以刨齒創成之錐形齒輪可有效解決傳統錐形齒輪接觸應力過大之問題。

並列摘要


The involute conical gears pair investigated in the study is composed of a conical gear and a conical pinion cut by shapers. Simulation system of gear cutting is developed by visual basic and SolidWorks API firstly. The 3D models of conical gear pairs cut by shapers can thus be obtained. Then, the contact patterns are simulated, and the effects of design parameters on the dimensions of contact pattern are studied. Otherwise, finite element analysis of conical gear pair is proceeded by commercial FEA package, ABAQUS. The results of the finite element stress analysis and contact pattern simulation can be verified mutually. The results of study show the conical gears generated by shaper cutters can solve the problem of high contact stress associated with traditional conical gears.
