精神分裂症患者家庭功能與復元之相關性研究

摘要

本研究採量化研究方式，以自填式結構性問卷為蒐集資料方式對個案進行問卷施測。研究目的主要探討家庭功能與精神復元的相關性，控制人口變項與疾病變項後，分析精障者的家庭功能與復元是否有所影響。本研究的自變項包括家庭功能；依變項為病患精神復元程度；控制變項為病患及其家庭基本資料與疾病相關變項：有關精神復元的文獻中指出病患的人口基本資料方面包括性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、教育程度和就業等因素，疾病史包括疾病診斷、發病年齡、生病年數等因素。研究者期望透過量化研究具體測量精神分裂患者家庭功能與精神復元的相關性，探討不同背景資料(個人資料、疾病史)的精神分裂病患者家庭功能程度之差異情形。另外，探討不同家庭功能變項（問題解決､溝通､角色､行為控制､情感反應､情感投入變項）的精神分裂病患者，在復元之差異情形，以期藉此找出家庭功能主要影響能力中，對於患者復元的機制有何正向與負向的關聯性。

This study used quantitative research methods , self-administered structured questionnaire to collect information on cases questionnaire approach Surveying . Study aimed to explore the correlation family functioning and mental recovery , and demographic variables and disease control variables , the analysis of fine impaired family functioning and recovery is somewhat affected. The independent variable in this study include family functioning ; dependent variable is the degree of patient mental recovery ; controlled variable is the basic data of patients and their families with the disease related variables : the literature on mental recovery of the patient's basic demographic data indicate including gender , age, marital status, education and employment and other factors, including history of disease diagnosis , age, years of illness and number of factors . The researchers hope that through quantitative research to measure the correlation of specific family function in patients with schizophrenia and mental recovery , and to explore different background information ( personal data , medical history ) in patients with schizophrenic family function difference between the degree of the situation . In addition , explore the different functions of the family variables ( problem solving ､ communication ､ the character, behavior control ､ emotional response ､ emotional investment variables ) in schizophrenic patients , the difference in recovery of $ circumstances , to take to find family function mainly affect the ability of the for patient recovery mechanism of what positive and negative correlation
