產品功能矩陣運用在市場產品規劃之研究-以主機板業為例

摘要


本研究以主機板產業為例,使用STP與QFD為研究的理論基礎,應用產品功能矩陣運用在大陸個人電腦的區隔市場中,分析對應其區隔市場中的產品規格與功能。進而推導出新的產品功能組合,可以協助企業有效的規劃產品,以及將有限的資源做最有效的運用。 新產品開發方法與步驟的主要方法及步驟如下: 一、分析中國大陸個人電腦區隔市場與其對應的產品功能。 二、針對產品功能依其類型做整理、分析及歸納,獲得產品功能矩陣。 三、依據產品功能矩陣分析推導出新產品,再依據新產品推導新市場區隔。 四、與個案公司產品規劃相關之人員確認此研究確實可行。

Mother Board industry is studied in this research. Base on STP and QFD theories, Product Function Matrix use to analysis the relations between PRC Personal Computer market and products. After analysis and understanding the segments and products throw Product Function Matrix analysis. It will find a new function of products, which will meet new market segment. The major steps as following: 1. Analysis and understanding the Personal Computer segments in PRC and which current suitable function of products. 2. Sort and analysis the products by different class, and make a Product Function Matrix which according to the segments and different function of products. 3. Base on Product Function Matrix to do research, it will find a new products and it will meet the new segments. 4. Discussed and confirmed with product planner which in M company. It’s make sure this research is workable.
