近年來由於網路基礎建設的普及,以及行動載具的功能快速進步,加上環保意識的抬頭,數位內容易於傳輸、儲存、操作等特性改變了使用者習慣,也帶給大眾更豐富的感官享受,也促成數位內容市場快速成長。數位內容業者為了投消費者所好,透過各種方式了解市場趨勢,希望能夠在這競爭激烈的市場中找到獲利的方向。 然而目前各家數位內容業者販賣產品繁多,各類型數位內容或是不同地理位置、文化的業者,目前並未有機制提供業者之間彼此交流,使得數位內容業者必須孤軍奮戰。本研究以數位內容產業的角度,透過競合理論,期望能夠串聯各數位內容產業相關角色,並透過設計索引樹及彼此傳輸的節點流量統計數據和電子商務動態資訊,讓參與本架構的角色可在此架構中自動化的傳輸彼此收集到的數據,做為數位內容業者在調查消費者行為及市場趨勢的一項選擇,以及提供數位內容讀者更多元化的消費參考資訊。 本研究透過文獻回顧以及資料的收集,定義出共八十二項的節點流量統計數據與電子商務動態資訊,且根據指標的性質,分析出五種類型將八十二項指標分類,並詳細定義電子商務動態資訊之計算方法。以DNS分層架構概念,將參與索引樹的角色分為M節點與T節點,並以情境的方式說明節點加入、退出,節點流量統計數據上傳、下載以及統整的流程,建立出以競合理論為基礎的網路數據索引樹。最後透過專家訪談法驗證本研究的可行性。
Recently, the popularity of network infrastructure and rapid progress of mobile devices, along with the rise of environmental awareness, had made digital content a phenomenon, digital content brings in great sensory joy with features such like easy to transfer, storage and user-friendly that not just shifts user habit, but also contributed to the boost of digital content market. To understand market trends, digital market distributors implement various approaches hoping to find a profitable way in this highly competitive market. However, as there were various types of products in the digital content industry, the digital content distributors with different geographical or cultural types have to fight along since there had been no mechanism for them to communicate with each other. By implementing co-opetition theory from the digital content industry's point of view, this study manage to connect all the roles of digital content industry, with the design of the index tree, site network-traffic statistics and dynamic information of e-commerce, the roles of the architecture's participants are able to transmit collected data automatically, those data could be used to investigate consumer behavior and market trend and provide digital content reader a wider variety of information of consumer reference. Through literature review and data collection, this study defines a total of 82 indicators from site network-traffic statistics and dynamic information of e-commerce, based on the character of the indicators, we then classify the indicators into five types, and detailed the calculation of dynamic information of e-commerce. Using DNS hierarchical structure, the role of the index tree participants are divided into M nodes and T nodes, this study also develop a scenario of how to join or leave the tree, and how to upload/download and integrate the site network-traffic statistics with process flow, and how to establish a co-opetition based network information index tree. Lastly, to verify the feasibility of this study expert interview is implemented.
