Our government recently has put forward some slogans such as "Reinventing Government" and "Reengineering" to improve the administrative efficiency and effectiveness, in the hope that the reform measures can respond to civilian demands. Reorganization is inevitable and crucial for a government to deal with social and environmental transition. Also, it embodies organizations in the pursuit of sustainable development. The paper aims at exploring the meanings and experiences of reorganization through some cases from Education Center of Labor Department, Taipei City Government. Further, theory of organizational learning is integrated to study the relationship between organizational learning and reorganization. The results of the study serve as an important reference for government reorganization in the future.
