關鍵績效指標(KPI)的設定有助於企業各層級績效表現的呈現,針對企業經營目標達成與否提供即時的資訊,以利企業做到績效重點管理或績效表現異常時的及時處置,也作為企業成立績效改善專案的重要參考依據。因此,這幾年來企業紛紛導入KPI管理。 本研究主要是探討台灣中小企業在導入關鍵績效指標(KPI)管理時,其關鍵成功因素(KSF)。有鑒於國內並無企業導入KPI管理的標準模式可參考,因此本研究以中小企業導入KPI管理較有相關的ERP、組織變革管理、企業流程再造(BPR)三個系統的導入步驟與KSF,作為導入KPI管理KSF的研究變數參考來源,經由五個個案68位KPI管理導入的專案成員之問卷調查分析,得知中小企業在導入KPI管理時,所需要的參考關鍵成功因素,作為後續研究者,及企業導入KPI管理者參考。
KPI(Key performance Indicators)management system might help enterprise performance monitor and improvement. Sometimes, the performance improvement project executed also from KPI data or statistics. The purpose of this research is to probe into KSF (Key Success Factors) of KPI management system implementation in small and medium-sized enterprises of Taiwan. For there is lack of reference about introducing of enterprise KPI Implementation, the each step of KPI implementation research results in this paper according to the key success factors of Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP), Change Management, Project Management, Training, Communication and Negotiation, Business Processes Reengineering(BPR) etc. Implementation were investigated and extracted, the data of survey sampling provided by five small and medium enterprises in Taiwan. Additionally, results indicate that sex, age, position, working seniority, department etc. research variables effect on the each step key success factors of KPI management system implementation. It is expected that the key success factors through the present study could be applied to the small and medium enterprises KPI implementation project and for consulting reference.
