絕情之路：連續親密殺人個案研究

摘要

本文以近年發生在臺灣地區的一宗轟動社會的連續親密殺人案件，作為本個案研究主題。主角犯罪人X為了償還六合彩賭債，於十三年的時間內陸續殺害了兩任妻子與三名兒子得逞，並成功詐領四千多萬元保險金。由於案件情節聳動，歷時經久始背意外揭發，一度引起輿論嘩然，犯罪人X的個人特質與家庭情況也激起了研究者的興趣。

研究方法主要使用蒐集大量新聞資料文本進行內容分析，並輔以對X的重要關係人前妻C與女兒K進行深度訪談，企圖對犯罪人X的幼年期、職涯、家庭狀況、性關係、不良嗜好、信仰等各面向進行全面性的理解，以描繪出連續親密殺人的精確形象。研究發現，平時表現正常有禮的犯罪人X，在盡力表現滿足社會期待之後，有著縱慾暴力的另一種人生，引領他步像這條絕情之路。

本研究的研究建議如下：
(一)強化本土犯罪學研究
(二)死亡鑑識機制與技術的強化
(三)人保險契約制度的改進
(四)針對特殊心理犯罪人處遇的因應

This study aims to investigate a shocking serial intimate murder in Taiwan area. The leading role criminal X in order to pay his mark six debt, killed his two wives and three suns one after another succeed in thirteen years, and collared NT.40000,000 insurance fraud succeed. As a result of the horrible plot and it was exposed in a long time, the case made society in an uproar. The criminal X's personal characteristics and the situation of his family risen researcher's interest in this reason.
The research method in this study is content analysis by collecting much news text, and plan to interview with X's important persons: his former wife C and his daughter K. It attempt to depict X's childhood, career, family condition, sex situation, bad habit and conviction thorough this way.
According to this study, I find that courteous criminal X have another lecherous and violent side after observing social norm satisfy that guiding him to this merciless road.
The suggestion of this study:
1.Streenghten native criminology study in Taiwan.
2.Reform the skill and system on death forensics.
3.Improve on life insurance contract system.
4.Deal with special psychopathic convict in prison.
