不同類型性侵害犯罪與其問題行為影響因素之研究

摘要

本研究擬以多面向的角度來探討不同類型性侵害犯罪者之相關問題行為與自我控制之關係，企圖找出影響性侵害犯罪者性侵行為的真正主因。並進而達到研究之目的分別為：(一)不同類型性侵害犯罪人其問題行為之類別及分佈狀況。(二)不同類型性侵害犯罪與問題行為、社會控制、機會變項、自我控制上之差異。(三)不同類型性侵害犯罪問題行為上之關聯性。(四)不同類型性侵害犯罪之影響因素。
本研究之研究方法係採問卷調查法，以獲得受測者之各種情狀，供作為研究性侵害者之「社會控制」及「自我控制」等自變項，如何透過「生活壓力」與「機會」等中介變項之作用，對依變項之「不同類型性侵害行為」產生影響。並以台北監獄性侵害犯罪人173名分別施以問卷施測。
研究發現，性侵害加害者因其與休閒遊樂活動、以及是否有社會隔離之經驗，而異其性侵對象之不同，並且性侵害加害者與其年齡及婚姻狀況之良窳有其相關性。本文中並針對該些發現研擬具體改善措施，以期能夠確實降低性侵害犯罪行為之發生，保障人民社稷安全。最後，建議，(一)針對不同類型性侵害個案建立不同防治犯罪方式。(二)宜強化矯正機關與社區、警政三方對於性侵害個案資料之交流。(三)建立完整之治療手冊供治療師參酌，以供治療師針對確切個案案件填答相關量表分數已針對特定個案預測再犯可能性並建立管控機制。

This study is to discover the relationships between problem behaviors and self-control of different types of sexual offenders in multiple ways. Through this study, the author wants to find out the major factor that sexual offenders had committed the crime. Ultimately, the author wants to achieve are, (1) different types of sexual offenders’ problem behavior, occurrences and frequency. (2) Differences between each type of sexual assault and problem behavior, social control, control variable and self control. (3) The relationships between sexual assaults and problem behavior. (4) The influencing factors of different types of sexual assaults.
The method of this study is questionnaire investigation in order to gain any situation to sexual offenders’ social control and self-control factors. And how these factors affect the problem behavior through life pressure and opportunity factors. The 173 sexual offenders in Taipei Prison are given questionnaire individually.
Due to different kinds of victims, different activities done on their leisure time and social isolation experience will result in an sexual assault case according to this study. Crimes that sexual offenders committed will come from their background as well, such as marriage condition and age. This study also provides some concrete suggestions to improve the situation currently in order to lower the occurrence of the sexual offence rate, protect citizens and society.
There are some certain advices we could gain from the study. (1) Advice to create different ways of prevention for different types of sexual offenders. (2) Understanding the profiles of sexual offenders by better communication with the Correctional institution, community and police station. (3) Create a handbook of offenders’ treatment needed for therapists. Hence providing the tests of the particulars cases for predicting the opportunity of recommitment, and establishing the systems of control.
