本研究探討物業管理服務和居民幸福感之間的相關性,本研究的二大目的,一、探討物業管理服務與居民幸福感是否有顯著相關性。二、探討利他行為是否在物業管理服務與居民幸福感的關聯性中扮演干擾角色,結果都顯示了關聯性的存在,並以利他行為是否會對物業管理服務與居民幸福感產生干擾效果作進一步探討。在既有的文獻中,物業管理服務和居民幸福感的研究中很少將利他行為放入一同探討,當前除了經濟成長率國人最關心的議題就是幸福感,而在家庭生活中的幸福感也是探討的重點之一。本研究針對社區大樓的居民作問卷調查,結果顯示,在物業管理服務和居民幸福感的關係中,可以提昇居民的幸福感;而在加入利他行為的交互作用中,研究結果顯示出利他行為有調節物業管理服務和居民幸福感關係的效果。
This study investigates the relationship between property management services and residents’ well-being. The purpose of this study is one to explore the property management services and residents’ well-being have significant relationships and the Second, investigate whether altruistic behavior in the property management services associated with the residents’ well-being interference correlation plays the role of the results showed a correlation exists. Does the altruistic behavior produce moderating effects of the property management services and residents’ well-being? In the existing literature, property management services and residents’ well-being research into altruistic behavior rarely join in the discussion. In the current economic growth rate in addition to the people most concerned about the issue that is well-being, and in family life is well-being explore one of the priorities. In this study, the residents of the community building for the questionnaire survey, the results show that in the relationship of property management services and residents’ well-being can improve residents' well-being; while altruistic behavior interaction, the research results show that altruistic behavior regulation of property management services and residents’ well-being relationship.
