本研究主要針對某大學原有教學意見調查表分析其信效度,並進行新問卷之測試。過去文獻中指出高信度與高效度之問卷,可達到有效評鑑教師教學表現之目的。本研究首先分析原問卷之信度及以驗證型因素分析審視其問卷構面效度,發現原問卷設計不佳。經專家重新設計問卷後,以分層隨機抽樣進行新問卷之測試,得有效問卷637份。經由配適度檢測、項目分析、信效度分析等方法,確認新問卷之信效度皆達各項標準,可取代原問卷。 除此之外,採用新問卷之四個構面:教師教學態度、授課內容準備、課程成績評量與教師教學方法,利用變異數分析比較各構面分數之差異,並分析不同性質的學生及老師在問卷總分及各構面分數表現之異同。
Many studies have pointed out that high reliability and high validity questionnaire to ahieve the purpose of teaching evaluation efficiently. The purpose of this study is to analyze the reliability and validity of the original teaching evaluation questionnaire, and test the modified questionnaire. First, the study exams the reliability of the original questionnaire and uses the confirmatory factor analysis for validity examination and finds out that the design of the original questionnaire is not good. A pretest of a specialist modified questionnaire is conducted on a stratified random sample of 637 students. After confirmatory factor analysis, item analysis, reliability and validity analysis etc, the modified questionnaire matches all the criterion and can replace the original questionnaire for teaching evaluation. In addition, the study uses the four factors designed in the modified questionnaire for further analysis on different attributes of students and teachers
