知識管理能力對組織效能影響之研究—以預拌混凝土業為例
THE EFFECT of KNOWLEDGE CAPABILITIES on THE ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS – THE CASE of READY MIXED CONCRETE INDUSTRY
摘要
在知識經濟時代，知識管理能力已被視為是企業主要之競爭力，在 此傳統預拌混凝土產業因近年來政府公共工程發包量持續減少及相關 打房政策，致國內預拌混凝土市場陷入一片紅海之際，尤有為者，應提升企業知識管理能力，進而相對提升企業之經營績效。 回顧國內外有關知識管理方面之相關文獻，Andrew et al. (2001)以「能力」之觀點思考知識管理而對美國企業所做之調查，其研究結果顯示：知識基礎建設能力(分為資訊科技、組織結構、企業文化等三個構面)及知識流程能力(分為取得流程、轉換流程、應用流程、保護流程等四個構面)確實對組織效能具正面影響。 本研究以台灣預拌混凝土產業中較具規模之上市櫃公司的主管作為研究對象，採取敘述性統計分析、效度及信度分析、變異數分析、相 關分析及迴歸分析，探討知識基礎建設能力與知識流程能力對組織效能之影響。 實證結果顯示，「知識基礎建設能力」對「組織效能」具正向之影 響，而「知識流程能力」對「組織效能」亦具正向之影響，即知識基礎建設能力及知識流程能力愈好，則愈有助於提升組織效能之運作，此結果與多數文獻之觀點相符合。惟知識基礎建設能力及知識流程能力不會因「銷售額」、「員工人數」與「經營型態」等企業特性之影響而產生顯著差異。

In a time of the knowledge economy, knowledge management capability has been considered to be the enterprise's competitiveness. In recent years, the domestic ready mixed concrete market is in a red ocean competition, because public works contracting continued to decrease. Thus, it is especially important to enhance enterprise knowledge management capability, in order to increase the operating performance of the company. Andrew et al. (2001) investigated American enterprises, their findings show: knowledge infrastructure capability and knowledge process capability had a positive impact on organizational effectiveness. This study used a listing of Taiwan’s ready-mixed-concrete industry open companies’managers for samples. The results show that knowledge infrastructure capability has positive impact on organizational effectiveness, and knowledge process capability has positive impact on organizational effectiveness. These results are consistent with prior research. However, There is no difference among companies in terms of knowledge infrastructure capability and knowledge process capability.
