醫務社會工作者自我效能與決定因素之研究---以台北縣市為例

A Study on the Determinants of Self-efficacy for Medical Social Workers: The Cases of Taipei County and Taipei City

摘要


本研究旨在探討醫務社會工作者自我效能與其決定因素,研究工具為醫務社會工作者自我效能調查問卷,以台北縣市94至97年度(98年4月15日更新)衛生署評鑑合格之聘有醫務社會工作者之醫院為研究樣本,排除精神科醫院,採用普查方式,郵寄問卷發出246份問卷,共計回收198份問卷,樣本回收率大約為80.5%,剔除3份缺漏之無效問卷後,有效樣本共計195份。針對樣本進行描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關以及多元迴歸分析等。本研究結果:透過t檢定、單因子變異數分析,以及Pearson積差相關分析,結果顯示醫務社會工作者的自我效能會因為個人背景變項之性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、目前工作年資、過去工作經驗、及專業準備變項之專業證照有無,以及醫療環境因素之督導與訓練制度而影響其自我效能;多元迴歸分析顯示醫務社會工作者個人背景變項之性別、目前工作年資、過去工作經驗以及醫療環境因素之督導與訓練制度,對自我效能之解釋力達顯著水準,是醫務社會工作者自我效能之預測因素。    根據研究結果與結論,提出建議。 一、提升醫務社會工作者自我效能 二、改善影響醫務社會工作者自我效能之因素,從而提升其自我效能 (一)有關醫務社會工作者本身。 (二)有關醫院方面。 (三)有關社會工作教育部份。 (四)有關專業發展之建議。

This study is for studying the self-efficacy of medcial social worker and the determinants. The tool of the research is the Hospital Social Worker Self-Efficacy Survey Questionnaire, and the samples of the research are the hospitals employing medical social workers qualified appraisal of Department of Health between 2005 and 2008 (renewed on April 15, 2009) in Taipei County and Taipei City. Mental Hospitals are excluded. The survey is made in pooling and 246 questionnaires were sent out and 198 copies were recovered. The recovering rate is about 80.5%. After removing 3 incomplete copies valid samples are 195. The samples are conducted with descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample t-test, ANOVA and Pearson 's product-moment Correlation as well as multiple regression analysis. Results of the Research, After t-test, ANOVA and Pearson 's product-moment Correlation Analysis, the results indicated that the self-efficacy of medical social workers is subject to the background variables, such as gender, age, marital status, working seniority and previous working experience, and in professional preparation variables, there are credential, supervision and training system in the medical environment. Multiple Regression Analysis indicated the effect of individual background variables of medical social workers, gender, present working seniority, previous working experience and the supervision and training system in the medical environment are reached significant level and therefore are the predictive factors of self-efficacy. Base on the research results and conclusion, the author proposed the following suggestions: 1. Promoting the self-efficacy of medical social workers 2. Improving the factors affecting self-efficacy of medical social workers and promote the self-efficacy of them on such basis 1) Related to medical social workers 2) Related to hospital 3) Related to social work education 4) Related to professional development
