能源枯竭與溫室效應這二大課題為全球目前共同重視的議題,各國政府均投入大量人力、物力發展綠色能源,期望達到能源自主和達成溫室氣體減量的目標。其中,太陽能發電較具無地形的限制、固定一致的轉化效率、及產品壽命長等優勢,而成為優先發展的綠色能源。雖然台灣綠色產業還在起步階段,不過,因有半導體和LED(發光二極體)產業的基礎,以及機電產業的優勢,已具建立太陽能和LED照明產業供應鏈之基礎。這些領域的佼佼者,正嘗試結合新興的綠色科技,透過垂直整合或擴散整合兩種方式,進行永續式的創新。本研究將透過質性研究和量化分析,來進行台灣太陽能電池產業的探討,質性研究將以產業分析和競爭優勢,來剖析產業的概況,並運用模型架構來進行整理和分析;量化分析則採用資料包絡分析法(data envelopment analysis,DEA),並以整體效率分析、純技術效率分析、規模效率分析及麥氏指數生產力效率分析等四個項目來進行績效評估。
The world is facing two pressing problems, energy depletion and the greenhouse effect. Governments are putting a lot of manpower、material, and the development of green energy, expected to achive energy independence and greenhouse decline. Beside, the development of solar without limitation、the conversion of fixed efficiency, and long product life ,due to a priority to the development of green energy. Although the green industry is still in an initial stage in Taiwan, the base of semiconductor and LED industry could establish solar and LED lighting industry supply chain basis. Leader in these areas, trying to combine the green energy technology through the integration of vertical or diffusion to continuance of innovation. The study will use qualitative and quantity to search solar industry of Taiwan, the qualitative includes industry and competitive ;the quantity will use data envelopment analysis to assess performance.
