本研究將探討的二個目的,一、探討組織美學知覺與幸福感是否有顯著相關性。二、探討工作投入變數對組織美學知覺與幸福感關係扮演干擾角色。結果顯示都有部份關聯性存在。本研究探討組織美學和員工幸福感之影響,工作投入是否會對組織美學與員工幸福感產生調調節的效果。在既有的文獻中,組織美學和員工幸福感甚少被學者研究,此二者的關係是值得探討。本研究結果,從組織美學和員工幸福感的關係中,空間美學和員工幸福感有影響,可以提提昇員工的幸福感,空間美學這個特性會使員工在工作上有正面的情感,並可降低負面情感。而加入工作投入的干擾變數之兩兩交互作用中,研究結果出現工作投入與滿足和藝術美學及產品美美學有影響,所以研究結果顯示工作投入是會調節組織美學和幸福感之間的關係。

The results of this study, from the relationship of organizational aesthetics and employee well-being, space the Aesthetics and staff well-being influential, you can enhance up the well-being of employees, the characteristics of the spatial aesthetics staff will work with positive emotions, and can reduce negative emotions, and join the interference with the work put into two interaction variables, the results appear influential job involvement and meet and artistic aesthetics and aesthetic the results showed that job involvement is adjustable between organizational aesthetics and well-being relationship.
