人力培育與運用受到教育界和企業界的關注,為協助求職者進行職涯規劃與企業招募適任人才,本研究探討不動產估價業證照考試與教育體系、工作內容、薪資所得、就業情形與業務現況;另一方面,探討不動產估價從業人員之人格特質與工作滿足程度。 本研究以服務於不動產估價事務所的估價師和估價助理為研究對象,調查時間為101年5月7日至101年6月6日,基本資料包含:是否為登記執業估價師、事務所營業規模、薪資收入、年資、學歷、教育背景,回收有效樣本數192人次。 透過教育界輔導中心廣為使用的Holland類型論探討不動產估價人員之人格特質類型組合,研究發現其人格類型以研究型、傳統型組合為主。並採取能說明工作內容滿足、薪資滿足、升遷滿足、上司滿足及同事滿足五種構面的工作說明量表,來分析其工作滿足程度。本研究顯示,估價人員對於「同事」、「工作內容」與「上司」的工作滿足程度較高。然而,對於「薪資收入」感到較不滿足。
To help job seekers make vocational choices, this study investigate the job satisfaction of real estate appraisers in relation to work environment and personality traits. Current real estate education and process of appraisal certification are also discussed in this study. A survey regarding job satisfaction is carried out in this study. The purpose of this survey is to understand job satisfaction and personality traits of real estate appraisers. This is to be conducted as a mail survey and the participants are the certificate real estate appraisers and their assistants. Holland theory is applied to this study. The personality type of real estate appraisers are classified into conventional and investigative types. Job Description Index also applied to this study to explain work context satisfaction, salary satisfaction, promotion satisfaction, supervision satisfaction and colleague satisfaction of real estate appraisers. The results show real estate appraisers and assistants are satisfied with colleague, work context and supervision but salaries.
