文獻回顧系統平台效能提昇與使用績效實證研究

摘要


引文分析任務幫助研究人員對不同知識領域做文獻之回顧,使得研究人員可以對於知識領域內所探討之議題有更進一步的瞭解。引文分析流程包含文獻的搜集、文獻引用分析與文獻結果呈現,此研究過程往往需要花費大量時間才能將其結果給予呈現。本研究依據過去相關研究所開發之引文分析系統-智識建構者平台,對此系統做系統評估與實作上之修改。在系統評估上,採用科技接受模型與任務科技配適度理論為基礎,探討智識建構者平台與引文分析任務的配適情況;同時衡量使用者藉由系統所完成之引文分析任務的學習情況,當中包含七個構面並依照過去文獻推論出十二個假說,來對智識建構者平台做評估。在系統實作修改上,依照使用者給予之回饋,對系統功能與穩定性做修改包含:系統產出資訊的修改、改善路徑演算法與建置對外網站等,增加系統整體可用性。本研究透過系統的評估與修改,了解使用者使用智識建構者平台所得到對於知識領域的學習情況,並將系統的功能與效用做改善,使研究人員做引文分析文獻探討時可有更多的幫助。

Literature review is a time-consuming process, which involves many disparate steps. However, the literature review process may utilize the citation analysis techniques to facilitate the knowledge domain exploration. We enhanced a literature review supporting system – Intellectual Structurer (IS), which was developed in earlier studies. The enhancements include performance improvements, more functionalities, and useful information sharing through a dedicated Web site. Empirical evidence regarding the utility and usefulness of IS were collected using a questionnaire that includes 42 questions representing seven underlying theoretical constructs. Twelve hypotheses postulated the relationships between these constructs were proposed and empirically tested. These constructs and hypotheses were developed based on relevant empirical studies, particularly, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Task-Technology Fit (TTF). The empirical evidence indicates that the learning effectiveness and learning satisfaction are positively affected by the task technology fit.
