本研究提出設立臺灣地區之區域熱能源供應中心之想法;首先蒐集臺灣地區主要工業區大用戶的能源使用資料,進行需求點分群,並找出中心點;接著界定最佳供應範圍後篩選工業區,並將有可能進行能源供應中心之工業區選出,評估工業區內進行能源供應之可行性分析。 由於此為區位設址問題,過去傳統設施區位模式視此類問題為供應服務的設施至固定需求點之問題,並假設服務的供應將透過網絡空間經濟地傳送到需求點。 本研究建立數學規劃模型來分析熱能源供應中心的最適區位,以建構出熱能源供應中心之區位模式,在滿足需求並考量現有既設供應中心之供應現況下,求得新設供應中心之數目、規模、位置點及需求點配置決策。期望所獲致之研究結果能提供國內能源管理相關單位參考。
This study brought up the idea of setting the Location Heating Energy Supplying Center in Taiwan area; in the first stage, to collect the energy consuming database of the major coustomers in the main industry areas in Taiwan, by grouping the demanding points to find out the center one. And then filter the best supplying area by defining the best supplying area; select the industry area which will be the potential energy supplyer center, and evaluate the possible analyzation of proceeding the energy supply within the industry area. Due to the concerning to the location setting problem, in the past the tradition facility location model observed this kind of question between the facility of service supplyer to the demanding point, and it has been assumed that the service supply will be forwarded from network space to the demanding point efficiently. This study used the flow on the pipeline to represent the demand of the energy, and build up the mathematical programming to analyze the most fitted disctrict for the hear energy supply center; in order to construct the location model for the heat energy supply center. In satisfying the need also considering the supplying from the set ficility, to get the strategies of the numbers, sizes, locations and demending point locations. Expect the study result may provide the reference to the relevant government units upon energy management.
