論文題目：產業變革、技術創新與企業經營績效 —台灣觸控面板廠商個案財務五力分析 論文頁數：139 所 組 別：企業管理學系碩士在職進修專班 (學號：79579917) 研 究 生：王 順 靜 指導教授：白俊男博士 林泉源博士 論文提要內容： 隨著觸控面板的使用需求越來越多元，其技術趨勢也因應不同的產品需求領域而有不同方向。若在技術面和市場面皆掌握得宜，台灣觸控面板廠商將可尋得藍海遨遊，避免激烈的價格血戰。故對處於全球化快速變動及競爭激烈經營環境的台灣觸控面板產業而言，技術創新策略是具有關鍵性的影響力，企業往往在相同的產業環境下運用不同的技術創新策略以期望創造出各自所需的競爭優勢並改善公司的經營績效。 本研究以台灣觸控面板產業為研究對象，探討其經營績效與技術創新策略之關係，以提供業界應用績效指標作為技術創新策略之執行，進而推動經營績效之改善與企業價值之提昇。本研究首先以收益力、活動力、生產力、成長力、安定力等五力作為評估指標，選擇三家台灣觸控面板廠商進行經營績效分析，據以判斷經營卓越之企業，繼而以技術創新策略之架構進行探討而作為日後執行時之參考。 經營績效分析之結果有關台灣觸控面板廠商經營卓越之企業為宏達電，再經過深度探討後可以瞭解宏達電在經歷產業變革的過程中，能制定合適的技術創新策略，故能創造驚人的經營績效。故三者是存在密切的關係。 關鍵字：產業變革、技術創新、企業經營績效、觸控面板廠商、財務五力分析

ABSTRACT Industrial evolution, Technology Innovation and Business Performance: A Case Study of the Financial Five-force analysis on the Taiwan Touch Panel Companies by Wang, Shun-Ching June 2008 ADVISOR(S): Dr. Pai, Chun-Nan and Dr. Lin, Chuang-Yuang DEPARTMENT: Department of Business Administration MAJOR：Business Administration DEGREE：Master Nowadays, along with the development and increasing needs for Touch Panel Product, and the technology development trends was necessary to be utilized in different direction.For the perspective of technique and marketing is fairly-controlled, Taiwan Touch Panel Companies will gain competitive advantage.For Taiwan Touch Panel Companies, Technology Innovation Strategy is the key influence in this global fast changing and competitive environment era.Business always use the different Technology Innovation Strategy in same industry environment and except create competitive advantage and improve Performance. The paper discussed Business Performance and Technology Innovation of Taiwan Touch Panel Companies in this study is worth to recommend to the practical work of using Performance Index to excute Technology Innovation Strategy and improve Business Performance and Value. This paper adopts profitability ability, activity ability, productivity ability, growth ability, and stability ability to constitute five aspects of selected financial ratios as criteria to evaluate the managerial performance of Taiwan Touch Panel Companies. And select benchmarking for Industry Best Practice from three companies, then use the Framework of Technology Innovation Strategy to evaluate future development. The best managerial performance of Taiwan Touch Panel Companies is HTC Corporation. And the more detail discussion that HTC Corp. is using adaptive Innovation Strategy to get through the Industrial evolution to create excellent managerial performance. The result that shows it has close realativeship between Industrial evolution, Technology Innovation and Business Performance.
