探討在職者心理資本對認知職場無禮及生活滿意度的影響-以情感支持為調節變項

摘要


本研究主要目的在於了解在職者心理資本(Psychological Capital)、情感支持(Emotional Support)、認知職場無禮(Perceived Workplace Incivility)與生活滿意度(Life Satisfaciton)四者之間的關係。本研究使用便利抽樣法選取在職者作為研究對象,發放問卷期間為3個月,其共發放 500份問卷,回收之有效樣本數為310份,有效回收率為62%。 研究結果顯示心理資本對認知職場無禮具有反向關係,心理資本對生活滿意度具有正向關係,情情感支持為對心理資本與認知職場無禮具有負向調節效果,及情感支持對心理資本與生活滿意度具有正向調節效果。最後,提供本研究之結論、建議與限制以供學術界、企業界參考。

The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship among psychological capital, perceived workplace incivility, life satisfaction and emotional support in incumbents.The study used convenience sampling to collect incumbents to respond the questionnaries. 500 questionnaires were distributed and 310 were returned in three months. The returned rate was 62%. The data supports for the following finding: first, psychological capital is negatively related to perceived workplace incivility; second, pshcological capital is positively related to life satisfaction; third, emotional support moderated the relationships between psychological capital and workplace incivility; fourth, emotional support moderated the relationships between psychological capital and life satisfaction. In the end, conclusions, recommendations, and limitations were provided.
