研究者在機構內服務藥癮者多年,對於男性單親藥癮者如何回到家庭生活有諸多的好奇,本研究的目的希望能探究男性單親藥癮更生人回到家庭後所面臨的家庭議題;試著分析男性單親藥癮更生人與子女相處所面臨的議題;探究男性單親單藥癮更生人生命歷程;最後,期望在相關的研究基礎上做出更進一步的貢獻。 本研究採質性研究方法,邀請三位男性單親藥癮更生人、三位更生人家人及四位從事更生人服務工作者,共十位受訪者接受深度訪談。藉由三位男性單親更生人的生命故事,研究者發現更生人因長期使用毒品,導致親子關係的陌生與疏離,常欺騙家人,成為局外人的矛盾心情。穩定生活後,家人及子女成為長期支持的力量,改善了更生人與子女及家人的關係。研究透過四位實務工作者,了解更生人回到家庭生活所需面臨的議題,與家人及其子女相處互動所面臨的困難,以及從事實務工作時心情感受。若能在生活適應、家庭支持、同儕支持、社會接納、信仰及外在社會資源給予藥癮更生人協助,藥癮更生人會有較好的社會適應。 基於上述研究發現,在文章末尾對於更生人的實務工作及未來研究分別提出建議。
Researcher with many years experience in rehab center for drug abusers was curious about what family issues were when male drug-abusers in recovery who are single patents go back home. The purpose of this research is trying to analyze issues between male drug-abusers in recovery who are single patents and their children, and the life process of male drug-abusers who are single patents, and in the end, to make further contributions to relevant researches. The research is adopting quality research method. Researcher invited ten interviewees including three male drug-abusers in recovery who are single patents, three of their family members, and four practitioners who are working with drug ex-offenders for a in-depth interview. Through the stories of these male drug-abusers in recovery who are single patents, researcher found that drug-abusers who back home had a conflicting feeling of being a outsider, and estranged parent-child relationship due to a long-term drug-using experience and their consistent lie to their family members. After their life became stable, their family members and their children became their long-term support and made a difference of the relationship in their family. Through four practitioners’ interviews, researcher had better understanding for issues for drug ex-offenders who back home, a difficulty of drug ex-offenders interaction with their family members, and their feelings during their practice. If male drug-abusers in recovery have better assistance in their life adaptation, family support, peer support, social acceptance, belief( religion), and social resources, they would have better social adaptation. Based on the above findings, researcher pointed out some suggestions for the practice and future researches for drug ex-offenders in the end of the article.
