從創新活動觀點探討公私協力對育成中心經營績效影響之研究 —台灣地區育成中心為例—

摘要

文旨在探討公私協力對育成中心經營績效影響之決定因素及其彼此間的關聯效果，期能作為育成事業推動者與育成中心從業人員在進行公私協力決策時之參考基礎。分析過程選選擇台灣區育成中心為研究範圍，針對台灣區育成中心的從業人員進行問卷調查，總計得到324份有效問卷，並經由因素分析與線性結構模式(LISREL)進行實證分析。
基本上，本文藉由創新活動觀點，探討公私協力對育成中心經營績效影響之決定因素及其彼此間的關聯效果。實證結果顯示，公私協力對創新活動具有正面的影響效果；創新活動對經營績效具有正面的影響效果；藉由創新活動的中介效果可以使公私協力對育成中心經營績效產生顯著的正面影響效果。上述影響效果可以確立創新活動在本研究之建構模式中所扮演的中介變數角色。政府單位或育成中心業者等相關推動人士宜在創新活動方面投入更多資源，並藉由創新活動的中介效果，讓其所塑造的公私協力策略可以對育成中心經營績效產生正面的影響效果。冀望本文之研究結果對於各觀光推動者與遊客在擬定觀光旅遊決策時，可提供其參考之依據。

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the interrelationships between the public-private partnership and operating performance of incubation center via Innovative Activities. In the process of analysis, the incubation center of Taiwan district are selected as a research object. The linear structure relation (LISREL) method is applied to estimate the above interrelationships.
Basically, this study explores the determinants which affect the linkage and analyze interrelationships between public-private partnership and operating performance of incubation center through innovative activities. The empirical results reveal that there are positive effects of public-private partnership on operating performance of incubation center; significantly positive effects of public-private partnership on innovative activities; significantly positive effect of innovative activities on operating performance of incubation center. By the mediation effect of innovative activities, these effects establish innovative activities as the role of mediation variables in the model. Finally, incubator promoters and government agency may put more resources on innovative activities, and generate positive effect of public-private partnership on operating performance of incubation center through the mediation effect of innovative activities.
