上櫃公司轉上市之決定因素

摘要

本研究旨在探討上櫃公司轉申請上市之決定因素，分析84年至93年間已轉申請上市之公司與符合上市資格之上櫃公司，在資金需求、研究發展、股權集中、獲利能力、成長性、規模、成立年限、產業別與審查制度之差異，是否對轉換掛牌市場之決策具有解釋能力，藉此瞭解影響公司上市意願之決定因素。
此外，更進ㄧ步將櫃轉市公司之前的上市資格及條件，與非轉上市樣本進行分析與比較。研究結果發現資金需求、成長性、簡化審查制度對上櫃公司轉上市決策有正向之影響，公司會選擇獲利能力佳的時機轉上市，而規模小之公司上市意願大，但成立年限並不影響上市決策。
