由於環境的快速變動,企業的經營管理不再只是內部整合,更重要的是如何與外部的技術夥伴合作共組專案團隊,尤其是傳統機電產業對於供應鏈整合外部資源已是不可或缺的要素。特別是在進入成熟期的產業,市場競爭激烈,企業間個別的競爭比的是成本與專業,透過合作夥伴的緊密結合因應顧客需求而提供更快、更專業的多元化服務。 本研究以專案工程角度,分別探討機電工程產業在有限資源下,如何運用其特有的供應鏈架構下探討:機電工程業如何結合夥伴技術合作?機電工程業的協同合作會遇到什麼困難?機電工程業在資源有限下,如何發展創新價值管理過程? 本研究分析後發現夥伴關係的選擇過程藉技術、策略、關係等整合後,有助於專案團隊在協同合作及價值創新等發展發揮專案團隊的優勢,也為顧客與夥伴關係管理奠定永續經營的根基。本研究的研究結論,藉由探討對機電工程產業現行組織與組織間密切的合作關係,將可為未來的合作夥伴間具有實質的參考價值,因為有效率的合作夥伴合作方式,將彼此間的互補性資源緊密結合在一起,為合作雙方創造出共有的競爭優勢,而這也正是本研究提供一些理論及實務上的整合,並作為相關業者在經營上的參考。
Due to the rapid changes in environment, corporate management is no longer an internal integration, more important is how the technical and external partners together ad hoc teams, especially the traditional mechanical and electrical industries for supply chain integration of external resources is not available or missing elements. Especially in mature industries, market competition, individual competition among enterprises is more than cost and professional, through the close integration of partners in response to customer needs and to provide more rapid, more diversified professional services. In this study, the ad hoc engineering perspective and explore the mechanical and electrical engineering industries, respectively, in the limited resources, how to use its unique supply chain structure: the mechanical and electrical engineering to combine the technical cooperation partners? Electrical and Mechanical Engineering industry collaboration will be problems encountered? Electrical engineering with limited resources, how to develop innovative value-based management process? Analysis of this study found that the selection process of partnership through technology, strategy, the relationship between the integrated help to the ad hoc team collaboration and the value of innovation in the development of the advantages of the ad hoc team, as well as customer relationship management with partners to lay a sustainable business the foundation.
