計算橢圓形管包覆隔熱材料厚度圖控程式研發

摘要


本研究係根據流體熱傳特性及已知之橢圓形管因長、短軸比值越大時其誤差越大。當橢圓形管長短軸比值≦3.5:1時,可應用一維PWTR模型分析,或當橢圓管長短軸比>3.5:1時,可採用一維9-1 CPWTR模型分析,兩者均能獲得可靠的一維近似解,設計一個圖控程式來計算橢圓形管在輸送冷或熱的流體時,包覆隔熱材厚度之套裝軟體研究。 本研究為了方便使用者,快速地計算冷或熱流體管路所需所需包覆隔熱材料厚度,所研發之計算用套裝軟體,以提供給使用者,使用者僅需要依照設定步驟輸入所需已知之數值即可得到所需要的答案,而不需要繁雜的筆算與查圖表之麻煩,又可避免不必要錯誤。當科技不斷進步,研發更佳的隔熱材料而無適當圖表可參考使用時,唯獨使用本圖控程式均能快速且準確地得到所要答案。

It is found that in the practical situations with long-short-axes ratio a/b less and equal than 3.5/1, the more accurate and reliable solutions can be obtained by the one-dimensional PWTR model; while long-short-axes ratio a/b greater than 3.5/1, the more accurate and reliable solutions can be achieved by the one-dimensional 91-CPWTR model. The purpose of this thesis is to develop a programming to calculate the suitable thickness of one to three different insulation layers and heat transfer rate for an insulated duct with various shapes. For convenience this research user, calculate the necessary cold or heat fluid pipeline needto wrap up and cover the thickness of thermal insulator fast, the calculation researched anddeveloped the suit software, in order to offer to the user, the user only needs can getanswers while inputting necessary known number value according to the step of setting up, and can avoid the unnecessary mistake with checking the trouble of the chart if not needing miscellaneous written calculation. When science and technology is progressive constantly, research and develop better thermal insulator and have no appropriate chart to consult using, use picture this can accuse of procedure answer taken fast and accurate only.
