健康是一種完全的生理、心理及社會的安適狀態,社會變遷及繁忙的生活步調,有越來越多的壓力在無形中持續影響著人類的身心理健康;而網路的發達,使得人們不需要出外即可獲得想要的資訊,因此,越來越多的慢性疾病逐漸取代急性傳染病成為主要死亡原因。培養規律的運動習慣是維持健康的先決條件,不僅可以有效降低罹患心血管疾病的機率,也是一種釋放壓力的有效方式,但是運動本身是一項枯燥的行為,因此,希望藉由其他的方式來分散注意力,進而提高運動的參與度。但近年來,室外超過35度高溫的情況已屢見不鮮,運動地點逐漸往室內移動甚至於不運動,因此,本研究考量使用室內跑步機來配合不同的聲音環境來設計跑步運動實驗。 本論文利用心跳率的分析,探討在不同的聲音環境中對於跑步運動之生理影響,結果顯示在定時、定速、缺乏視覺變化且自主性低的運動表現中,聲音的影響幾可忽略,僅有在疲勞程度較高實驗中,噪音環境的影響下運動表現較平常略差;同時,運動後的心跳率恢復速度上,並不受運動中聲音環境的影響,恢復所需時間長短應隨著運動強度做增減。
Health is a state of complete physical, psychological and social stability state, social change and the busy pace of life, more and more stress in the virtually continuous impact on mental health of human body. The network developed, so people do not need to go out to the desired information can be obtained. Thus, more and more acute infectious diseases replaced chronic diseases as one of the main causes of death. Habit of regular exercise training is a prerequisite for health, it can not only reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, is also a effective way to release stress. But the movement itself is a boring behavior, thus we hoped via other ways to divert the attention for enhance sports participation. But in recent years, the case with more than 35 degree heat outside is often seen. people gradually move to the indoor sports venue and even no exercise. Therefore, our study considers to use the treadmill with different sound environments to design the running exercise experiments. In this thesis, we analysis of heart rate to discuss the sound environments in different physiological effects for running exercise. The results show that in the constant timing, fixed speed, lake of visual changes and and low self exercise represent, the sound of impact can be ignored. At the same time, heart rate recovery rate after exercise is not affected by the sound environment and the recovery time should be influenced with the changes in exercise intensity.
