類比濾波器、放大器、振盪器之電路輔助設計

摘要


本文在敘述一電路合成軟體的設計過程,由使用者輸入在頻率領域上定義好的規格,軟體合成確實配合PSPICE或TOUCHS- TONE的電路檔。其範圍限定在類比通訊系統中的三種重要電路:濾波器、放大器、振盪器。 電路合成軟體是將電腦輔助設計工具自動化的第一步,也是將軟體應用觀念由分析提升到設計層次的出發點。因此,在規劃研究目標時設定了三個方向: (1)累積開發自動化環境下大系統電路設計軟體的初步經驗。 (2)選擇基礎而具實用性的電路。 (3)引用現有的幾種設計方法,比較模擬的結果,決斷各方法的優劣。 此外,其頻率範圍涵豪儤靄HZ以上,輸出電路檔使用的被動元件分為集總元件及微條線亦列入考慮。 我們設計的軟體具有下列特色: (1)開啟視窗便可使用。 (2)使用者須事先瞭解電路結構。 (3)輸入參數除主動元件編號及資料庫中可查詢資料外只有次級負載及頻率上特定響應點。

This research aims at the design and implementation of circuit composite software. This user-friendly software we designed enables users to input pre-determined frequency so that the circuit file can be compatible with PSPICE and TOUCHSTONE. The results can be applied to three major analog communication systems, namely filter, amplifier and oscillator. Circuit composite software is a primary element for the automation of computer-aided design. In addition to the analytical function, its designing capability was tremendously enhanced. Therefore, the objectives of this research can be summarized as follows. 1. Enhance the ability of developing circuit designing software under automatic designing environment. 2. Selection of elementary and practical circuit. 3. Compare the available designing methods to determine their pros and cons. Furthermore, the passive elements of lumped elements and microstrip line are taken into consideration when the frequency range is extended to GHZ degree. The designed software can be characterized as follows. 1. Window-based. 2. Pre-determined circuit structure. 3. The input parameters include the serial number of active element, enquiry data of database, secondary load, and frequency response
