本文針對軸流式風扇做流場分析、結構強度分析、設計理論及性能實驗來驗證,進而得到最佳設計。設計風扇時,需考量風量、壓力、功率、效率和噪音等問題,故需做流場分析。葉片在高速旋轉時,容易產生振動和噪音等問題,故做振動穩定的分析。量產之軸流式風扇的葉片,多半以強化之塑膠材料為主,其強度較弱,需要做強度的分析和設計。參數化流場網格的建立,採用STAR-CD 3D流場分析軟體來分析,研究葉片參數對流場的性能影響。在強度、振動方面,採用ANSYS軟體研究葉片參數對強度、振動頻率和穩態的影響。改善葉片設計以達到流場性能、結構強度和振動的最佳設計。
In this study, the analysis of flow field, structural strength, vibration, the performance test and its optimum design of an axial fan are made. The relations among flow rate, pressure, power and efficiency are investigated via the flow field analysis. Preventing vibration and noise due to the rotational effect, the vibration analysis of a complete set of blades is made. In general, an axial fan blade is made of an enhancing plastic. Because its strength of failure is small, the strength of blade is analyzed by using the program of ANSYS. The parameterized grid of flow field is constructed. Inputting the grid generated into the CFD program STAR-CD and performing the program, the influence of the parameters on the flow field can be investigated. The comparisons of the calculated results and the test ones are made. Their results are consistent well. Finally, the optimum parameters are discovered.
